Join Our Compassionate TeamWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Services Employees to join our team at Kolora, our residential aged care facility in Guyra, NSW. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to elderly residents — assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility — while helping them maintain their dignity and independence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing) Serve meals and assist residents with eating Monitor and report changes in resident health or behaviour Support mobility and safe transfers Follow safety, hygiene, and infection prevention protocols

Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and able to follow safe manual handling practices Tech-capable: able to use a smartphone/tablet and learn new systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Two recent managerial referees Police clearance (we’ll run one for you free of charge) Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
Desirable: Experience in a residential aged care setting Medication administration certification Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
