The Role As the Residential Area Manager QLD, you will oversee operations and management across 3 facilities, using your clinical and leadership skills you will ensure high quality care of for our residents. Key Responsibilities: As the Residential Area Manager QLD, you will support the Director of Residential Services in mentoring and developing our Facility Managers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of residential services. This includes meeting all regulatory and organisational requirements, maintaining long term financial viability, achieving facility specific KPI’s and fostering growth & development of the Residential Management Team. About You Essential - Bachelor of Nursing & current AHPRA registration
- 3 years of Aged Care management experience
- Strong clinical leadership skills and ability to identify and rectify compliance gaps
- Strong working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and a proven track record of continued compliance
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Budget preparation and management
- A collaborative leadership style with that delivers high performing teams
- Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence and preparedness to travel as required
Desirable - Qualifications in Operations or General Business Management
- Post Graduate studies in a field associated with Aged Care e.g. Gerontology, Palliative Care etc.
