What You'll Be DoingAssisting residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Supporting residents during mealtimes and ensuring a dignified dining experience Observing and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintaining safety and infection control standards
About YouWe’re looking for individuals who are not only qualified but genuinely care. Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physically fit for safe manual handling tasks Confident using tablets/smartphones for work purposes Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain) Two recent managerial references Police Check (we cover the cost!)
