The Role

McLean Care is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at McLean Care's Killean Residential Aged Care facility, in beautiful Inverell in New South Wales.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care to our aged care residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring dignity, safety, and person-centred support at all times.

About You

You are a caring and empathetic professional, passionate about making a difference in your community. You’ll have:

Essential

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)

• Minimum 12 months’ practical experience post AHPRA registration + medication endorsement

• Strong clinical knowledge and a background in Residential Aged Care

• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills

• Team-focused mindset with initiative and adaptability

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to use smartphones/tablets and learn new systems

• Two recent managerial/supervisory referees

• Ability to obtain a free Police Clearance (organised by McLean Care)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Alignment with McLean Care’s core values

• Understanding of Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards and Person-Centred Care

•  Possess an AU driving licence and a registered/insured roadworthy vehicle to get to and from shifts.
•  Willingness to undertake a full rotating roster.
