The Role

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care team in Millmerran. About You

Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to resident dignity, safety and wellbeing
• Organised, proactive and a supportive team player
• Ability to lead and support care staff in daily clinical and care operations
• Strong commitment to embrace and model the core values of our organisation
• Availability to work a variety of shifts

Advantage:

• Prior experience working in a rural or remote aged care setting
• Confidence using clinical software and digital documentation systems
• A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
