RECEPTIONIST Employment Type: Full-time Shifts: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: $29.60 per hour + superannuation + salary packaging benefits Location: Millmerran, QLD McLean Care is seeking a professional and client-focused Receptionist to join our team at Yallambee, our 60-bed residential aged care home in Millmerran, Queensland. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role: - Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the home. About the role Your responsibilities will include: - Reception, switchboard and front-of-house duties
- General administration and clerical support
- Supporting staff with office processes and procedures
- Filing and document management
- Petty cash receipting and reconciliation
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining accurate records and office systems
About you You will be organised, professional and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You will have strong attention to detail, good computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Essential criteria - Previous front-of-house or customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational ability
- High attention to detail
