McLean Care is currently seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our residential aged care team at Killean in Inverell. These roles play a vital part in creating a safe, clean and welcoming home for older Australians.

About the Role

• Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation, plating and serving

• Cleaning and sanitising resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas

• Providing laundry services, including washing, drying, folding and returning items

• Working closely with our hospitality and care teams to maintain high service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, respectful and compassionate individuals

• Reliable team players who are physically capable and willing to help where needed

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills for simple administrative tasks

Desirable 

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Australian Food Handling Certificate 

• Experience in residential aged care or hospitality
