The Role Seeking Experienced Registered Nurse that is passionate about education, leadership & driving high standards of care. Join our residential team in Gunnedah NSW where you will play a critical role in empowering our staff & delivering exceptional person-centered care in the aged care sector. Key Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you will be providing education, training, and professional development to clinical and non-clinical staff. - Supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices to ensure safe and effective care.
- Developing and delivering innovative and engaging education programs tailored to service needs.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organisation.
- Acting as a mentor and resource for staff, fostering their growth and capacity to deliver excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, infection prevention, and other industry standards.
About You Essential: - Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current unencumbered Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (or willingness to obtain).
- Infection Prevention Control Lead Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in aged care nursing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective education content.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in online learning platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills, including managing competing priorities.
