The Role

As a Registered Nurse at Kolora, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision across the care team

• Support and guide Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees

• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery

• Drive continuous improvement and uphold excellence in clinical care

About You

Essential Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong clinical knowledge of aged care and associated legislation

• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Empathetic and team-oriented, with a genuine passion for aged care

• Willingness to work across a variety of shifts

Preferred Clinical Background (any of the following):

• Residential Aged Care – delivering holistic, relationship-based care

• Hospital settings – including medical, surgical, or rehab wards

• Primary healthcare – chronic illness and older adult support
