We’re looking for an experienced leader who’s ready to take the reins of our Yallambee Residential Aged Care Facility in Millmerran, QLD.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager (or equivalent leadership role).

• 3+ years in aged care or healthcare.

• Knowledge of aged care funding and compliance standards.

• Strong leadership skills — you can inspire, retain, and grow teams.

• Current AHPRA RN registration.

• Analytical skills and budget management experience.

• A driver’s licence and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
