As a Residential Aged Care Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents regardless of the department you work in. The successful candidates will have a passion for working with the elderly and possess strong communication skills, we will be looking at transferable skills from previous experience for entry level opportunities.

Key Frontline Roles within McLean Care:

Care Service Employees that currently holds Cert III in individual support. You will be assisting with daily living activities including personal care and meal assistance.

Support Service Employees that will assist residents & the facility with duties such as: cleaning, laundry & kitchen-based work.

Clinical Staff that will play crucial leadership & clinical role to support our Residents and Care Services staff. (RNs & ENs)

Essential Criteria:

A true passion for working within the Aged Care Industry, looking to grow within the organisation

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team

Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

Valid National Police Check and or NDIS clearance

Advantageous:

• Previous Aged Care Experience
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willing to obtain
