About the role

We're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to assist the elderly in their community in maintaining their independence at home by providing assistance with routine tasks like:

Domestic cleaning

Assisting with personal hygiene (toileting, grooming, dressing, and showering)

Meal preparation

Community outings

Prescription drug use

 Roles available within McLean Care:

Home Care Employees that currently holds Cert III in individual support. You will be assisting with daily living activities including personal care and meal assistance.

Domestic Assistants that will assist with duties such as: cleaning, laundry & meal preparations.

Clinical Staff that will play crucial leadership & clinical role to support our clients and Home Care Services staff. (RNs & ENs)

Essential Criteria:

• A true passion for working within the Aged Care Industry, looking to grow within the organisation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Valid National Police Check and NDIS clearance

Advantageous:

• Previous Aged Care Experience.
• Previous Customer Service Experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willing to obtain.
