About this role

As the Service Delivery Team Leader in Home and Community Services, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working hand in hand with the Service Delivery Manager to revolutionize service delivery, identify operational enhancements, and inspire and empower our Home Care Employees. From ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery to fostering a culture of support, mentorship, and growth, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of care provision. It's a dynamic opportunity where no two days are the same, and where your passion for excellence and commitment to making a positive impact will truly shine.

 

About you

  • Proactive leader with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • Passion for consumer-directed care and making a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and innovative thinking.
  • Commitment to core values: Integrity, Respect, Reliability, Courage, Compassion, and Resilience.
  • Understanding of the Home Care and Aged Care sector.
  • Dedication to delivering the highest standards of care.
