We are taking expressions of interest from individuals looking to secure sponsorship under the Temporary Skill Shortage Visa, Subclass 482.
As a Residential Aged Care Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents regardless of the department you work in. The successful candidates will have a passion for working with the elderly and possess strong communication skills, we will be looking at transferable skills from previous experience for entry level opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
A true passion for working within the Aged Care Industry, looking to grow within the organisation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
Valid National Police Check and or NDIS clearance
Previous Aged Care Experience
