Service Delivery Team Leader

About the Role 

As the Service Delivery Team Leader within Home and Community Services, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to deliver premier services, identify business improvements, and engage and retain our Home Care Employees.

You will ensure that the day-to-day service delivery is run effectively to meet the needs of our clients and the identified KPI’s, whilst providing support, mentorship, development, and management of our Home Care Employees.

This is a person-centred role requiring a solution focused approach and a commitment to high-quality service, with the ability to form and maintain close and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

 

About You

  • Certificate III Individual Support or other relevant qualification
  • Knowledge and experience in Consumer Direct Care and working with clients with complex care needs, disabilities or serious injuries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor people and teams to achieve goals and meet targets
  • Creative and forward-thinking strategies to drive innovation and improve the lives of our clients
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads of self and others according to changing priorities
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships to enhance the organisation
  • Sound computer literacy including Microsoft Office Skills
  • Commitment to embrace, model and work within the core values of McLean Care- Integrity, Respect, Reliability, Courage, Compassion, Resilience
  • An understanding of Home Care and Aged Care sector including legislative and funding guidelines
  • Current unrestricted QLD license and own insured/registered vehicle
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
