Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and hands-on support to residents and staff

• Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Staff

• Allocate duties to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence

What You Bring

Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making capability

• Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal

• Team-focused, respectful, and resident-centred approach

• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Residential Aged Care – person-centred and holistic care

• Acute Hospital Settings – rehab, surgical, or medical wards

• Emergency or Primary Care – chronic illness and older populations
