Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will: Provide clinical leadership and hands-on support to residents and staff Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Staff Allocate duties to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery Champion a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
What You BringEssential: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making capability Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal Team-focused, respectful, and resident-centred approach Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends
Preferred Backgrounds: Residential Aged Care – person-centred and holistic care Acute Hospital Settings – rehab, surgical, or medical wards Emergency or Primary Care – chronic illness and older populations
