🩺 Your Impact

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents

• Bring clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership to the team

• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees

• Foster a positive culture where residents and staff thrive

🙋 About You

Essential:
✔️ Minimum 12 months aged care experience since AHPRA registration as an RN

✔️ Residential Aged Care experience – holistic, relationship-based care
✔️ Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
✔️ Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process
✔️ High-level written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
✔️ Empathetic, respectful, and collaborative approach to care
✔️ Commitment to McLean Care’s values and teamwork
✔️ Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (AM, PM, nights)
✔️ Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
