💰 Remuneration: $26.51 per hour + penalties + super
🕒 Employment Status: Casual
⏰ Shift Times: 6:30am – 3:00pm, 10:00am – 6:30pm, and 1:00pm – 8:00pm, including weekend work

McLean Care is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers | Non-Direct Care to join our Residential Aged Care team in OAKEY, QLD.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with meal preparation, plating and serving
• Clean and sanitise shared spaces
• Support hospitality and care teams to deliver a high standard of service
• Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents
• Work as part of a team to support the daily needs of the home

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, respectful and compassionate team players
• Reliable and physically capable, with a willingness to pitch in where needed
• Clear communicators with strong customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy for simple administrative tasks

Desirable, But Not Essential

• Certificate in Food Safety or Food Hygiene
• Experience in hospitality, cleaning or aged care

Eligibility

• Be onshore with full working rights in Australia
• Be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997
