McLean Care is currently inviting Expressions of Interest from dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our 40-bed Residential Aged Care team in OAKEY, QLD. 

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality care and supporting positive outcomes for residents. You will work closely with care teams, provide clinical leadership and help ensure care is delivered in line with individual needs, aged care legislation and quality standards.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 12 months+ experience in residential aged care
• Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills

Eligibility

• Be onshore and hold full working rights in Australia — no sponsorship available
• Be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997
