🩺 The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring for Enrolled Nurses and Care staff

• Oversee safe, high-quality care for residents

• Champion continuous improvement and person-centred care practices

🙋‍♀️ What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA RN registration (minimum 12 months)

• Experience in Residential Aged Care

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster

• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
