McLean Care is currently welcoming Expressions of Interest from dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join CWA House in Oakey, Queensland.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to Enrolled Nurses and Care staff

• Oversee safe, high-quality care for residents

• Support continuous improvement and person-centred care practices

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 12 months’ nursing experience

• Experience in residential aged care

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

• Excellent communication, empathy and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster

• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
