What You’ll DoAssist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting Support residents at mealtimes and help provide a dignified dining experience Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning Maintain safety, hygiene and infection control standards
About YouYou are a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork and professionalism to your work. EssentialCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent Previous experience in residential aged care Strong communication and teamwork skills Physically capable of safe manual handling Confident using tablets or smartphones for work purposes Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain Two recent managerial referees
