About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our leadership team. This role will suit a highly organised professional with advanced technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support strategic and operational priorities, manage documentation and correspondence, and ensure the smooth delivery of administrative and governance functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide proactive, high-level administrative support to CEO Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking Draft, review, and format reports, policies, and governance documents Conduct research and prepare concise written summaries of complex material Assist with strategic projects and operational reporting Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all communications
Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) for document collaboration and information management Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills Strong initiative, problem-solving, and attention to detail Ability to interpret legislation, policies, and reports, and summarise key information Proven ability to take accurate meeting minutes and prepare professional agendas Previous experience providing high-level executive or CEO support highly regarded Experience in aged care would be an advantage, though not essential — we welcome applicants from all sectors with strong transferable skills
