We have "Earn While You Learn" opportunities at two of our residential aged care facilities, Apex Road in quaint Gunnedah, NSW or Killean in picturesque Inverell, NSW. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in residential aged care while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
💼 About the RoleAs a Care Service Employee Trainee, you will: Provide daily living support to residents Assist with personal care (showering, hygiene, mobility) Help with meal service and dining assistance Support social and lifestyle activities Maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment Deliver care in line with individualised Care Plans (under supervision)
📝 Role RequirementsA genuine passion for supporting older Australians Willingness to learn and complete a Certificate III in Individual Support Confidence using technology for training and care systems Ability to meet probity requirements: Current Driver’s Licence Roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle
