💼 About the RoleAs a Care Service Employee Trainee, you will: Provide daily living support to residents Assist with personal care (showering, hygiene, mobility) Help with meal service and dining assistance Support social and lifestyle activities Maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment Deliver care in line with individualised Care Plans (under supervision)
📝 Role RequirementsA genuine passion for supporting older Australians Willingness to learn and complete a Certificate III in Individual Support Confidence using technology for training and care systems Ability to meet probity requirements: Current Driver’s Licence Roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle
