What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

• Support residents at mealtimes and help provide a dignified dining experience

• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour

• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning

• Maintain safety, hygiene and infection control standards

About You

You are a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork and professionalism to your work.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support

• Previous experience in residential aged care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Physically capable of safe manual handling

• Confident using tablets or smartphones for work purposes

• Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain

• Two recent managerial referees

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain

• Willingness to work across a full rotating roster

• Be onshore with full working rights in Australia

Desirable

• Medication Administration certification
