💰 Pay Rate: $57.80 per hour (base rate) + Super + Salary Packaging (up to $18,900)
🚚 Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 for eligible candidates

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Mackellar Residential Aged Care home in Gunnedah, NSW.
You must be onshore with the right to work in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams
Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
Allocate duties to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery
Champion clinical excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 12 months)
12 months’ experience in Residential Aged Care
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Empathetic, respectful, and collaborative approach to care
Flexibility to work various shifts on a full rotating roster
Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered/insured vehicle
